Unsubscribe Do’s and Don’ts

Tamara over at BeRelevant has an excellent post about what is right in the way of handling unsubscribes.
I remember one time that I had to log into the site and answer a security question in order for me to unsubscribe from a newsletter. Then, the company had the audacity to send me an email with a survey to ask me why I unsubscribed. Wonder where that would rank on Tamara’s list
