Joann.com’s email/communication preference center

8Ok. I don’t shop at joann.com, nor do I have any interest in any of the products that they sell but if I did and if I wanted to get their emails I certainly would expect nothing less of complete relevancy.

Below you will see some screen captures of their preference center and I have to tell you….its one of the best I have seen in a long long long time.  In this preference center, they are even able to incorporate direct mail preferences which is great to see.

Joann you have done it right and I would certainly thank whomever advised you on this communication center.
