Pep Boys Spanish/English

So the other week, I gave props to Pep Boys and their welcome email.  However, a couple of days ago, I got the email below.  Notice how the subject line is in Spanish, but the body text is in English. Huh?  I know that I signed up on one account for English and another for Spanish, but didn’t think they would send me a Spanish subject line with English body text……its sorta like being 1/2 pregnant….
