Twitters Term of Service Email

I have a couple of questions centered around the email that I received from Biz Stone the other day.

1. Why is it only in plain text?
2. Did someone QA the content? There are fragmented sentances.
3. Why do they not have other social media integration?
4. Why was the email more than 140 characters?
