Managing your ESP

If you are in an organization where you have a full service ESP, one of things that you should really do is manage your ESP.  I have found over time that if you don’t manage your ESP, communication can break down and goals can be lost. Treat your ESP as a partner and invite them to the table often.  In addition, set goals and expect them to be met.

If you value your ESP as a partner, treat them as you would want to be treated.  Managing them is not easy, but long term it can really help you.
